General / Getting Started
Love Cashback lets you earn real money back when you shop with our partnered retailers. Click a retailer on Love Cashback, make a qualifying purchase, and we share the commission we receive with you as cashback.
No. Joining and earning cashback are free. There are no subscription fees or hidden charges. Some withdrawal methods require a minimum balance (typically €20).
Simply sign up with your email address, verify your address, and start browsing offers. You can begin earning cashback straight away.
Earning Cashback
When you click a retailer link on Love Cashback, a tracking cookie or tag identifies that you came from us. If your purchase is eligible, the retailer reports it and your cashback is recorded.
Common reasons include:
- not clicking through Love Cashback before buying,
- using unlisted voucher codes,
- ad-blockers or privacy settings,
- returning/cancelling items,
- visiting another cashback/voucher site,
- or the retailer not reporting yet.
If you feel that cashback should have tracked and it hasn't, please use the missing cashback claim form for our team to investigate.
Not always. Some categories, payment types, or delivery options may be excluded. Check the offer's terms and exclusions before purchasing.
Payout / Redeeming Cashback
After the retailer confirms your order and the returns period ends. Timing varies by retailer and can take a few weeks.
Once your confirmed balance reaches at least €20, you can withdraw. Typical options include PayPal or a direct Irish bank transfer.
Bank transfers usually show from "Love Savings Group Limited" with a reference to "Cashback". We'll email you when your payout is processed.
Missing Cashback
Tracking can take a few days. If it hasn't shown after 30 days, submit a Missing Cashback claim with your order details and we'll investigate.
Most are resolved within a few weeks, but some retailers can take up to 8 weeks. We'll update you by email as soon as we hear back.
Not always. If tracking was blocked or the purchase was ineligible, we may be unable to recover it. Always start your shop from Love Cashback and avoid unlisted codes.
Technical & Account Support
Use the "Forgot your password?" link to receive a reset email. Check your spam/junk folder if it doesn't arrive.
Sign in and visit your My Profile settings. For security, some changes may require re-verification by email.
Check for an incorrect password, an unverified email, or cached sessions. Try resetting your password or clearing cookies.
Offers, Terms, and Conditions
Yes. Retailers can change or pause offers at any time. We aim to keep rates current, but final eligibility depends on the retailer's terms.
Each offer includes rules for qualifying purchases, exclusions, and limits. Review them before buying to ensure eligibility.

We follow EU/Irish data protection laws (including GDPR). Your data is used to operate Love Cashback and isn't sold to third parties.
