• Cashback is only available on valid tracked orders placed through Just Eat’s official website or mobile app after clicking through from the cashback site.
• Cashback applies only to consumer food orders made directly through Just Eat. Orders placed by restaurants or partners are not eligible for cashback.
• Transactions must be completed within the same browsing or app session to qualify for cashback.
• Using unapproved voucher codes or discounts may result in your cashback being declined.
• Cashback will not be paid on cancelled or refunded orders.
• Cashback is confirmed only after Just Eat verifies that the order is valid and completed successfully.
• Cashback may take several weeks to confirm while Just Eat verifies order completion.
• Just Eat reserves the right to cancel cashback for any transactions that do not meet programme conditions.

App Orders

Cashback can be tracked for app orders:

• If you click from your mobile and already have the Just Eat app, the order can track directly in the app.
• If you don’t yet have the app, you’ll be redirected to the App Store first — once installed, your first tracked order must be completed within 30 days.
• Orders made from a web browser on mobile or desktop are also tracked normally.

Cookies and tracking consent

Just Eat requires cookie consent to track purchases under GDPR. You must accept marketing cookies on the Just Eat site or app for your order to be tracked and cashback to apply.
