If a flight is cancelled, refunded, or not taken, cashback will be declined.

Bookings that are not visible or verifiable in Etihad’s internal system may also be rejected.

Cashback may be declined if tracking fails, if unapproved promotional methods were used, or if the booking is attributed to another marketing channel.

Cashback validation takes place after the flight has been completed, and transactions are reviewed monthly.

Cashback may take up to 90 days or longer to appear as confirmed, depending on flight date and validation.

Cashback queries must be submitted within 30 days of the booking date. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
