Orders that do not meet the following criteria may not appear, may track at £0/€0/$0, or may later be voided:
- Order value must not exceed $5,000 USD.
- Order Status must be "Trade Completed". Alibaba will only process cashback once the order reaches this status, indicating that the buyer has received the products and there are no outstanding refunds, reimbursements or order changes.
- The number of days between the Order Paid Date and Order Completed Date must be fewer than 180 days.
- Alibaba's spam status must be "N".
- Bulk, wholesale or resale purchases are not eligible for cashback. This includes unusually large quantities of the same or similar products, or orders Alibaba considers to be intended for resale or commercial purposes.
Important: Alibaba may initially report your transaction with £0/€0/$0 cashback until the order reaches "Trade Completed". The purchase and cashback amounts are not provided to us until Alibaba updates the transaction.
