Orders that do not match this criteria may be voided:
- Order price below 5,000 USD
- Order Status must be "Trade Completed". It means Alibaba will only process the cashback once the order status changes to "Trade Completed". This indicates that the buyer has acknowledged receipt of the products and there have been no alterations or reimbursement logistics
- The number of days between Order Completed Date and Order Paid Date must be less than 180 days
- Alibaba's own spam status meet: "N"
Note, point 2 is important. Alibaba may send through your cashback transaction as €0 cashback until it hits "Trade Completed", and then the record will be updated. Unfortunately we do not know the purchase amount or cashback amount until this happens.
